Sausage specialties - regional and traditional
Our pork comes from happy pigs reared in the regoin and found a new use in our master butcher shop. Natural food and enough spout guarantee a very high quality, far from mass-produced goods and food scandals.
Our sausages are made according to the best old craft tradition in our own sausage kitchen.
